We are seeking a Manager, Record to Report with experience in transformation, process design, and systems. The successful candidate will participate in initiatives across various sectors, identify issues, and design and implement effective solutions. The role involves streamlining processes and integrating systems to accelerate value delivery. The ideal candidate will promote continuous improvement and adaptive transformation, delivering repeatable and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the administration, governance, and configuration of the BlackLine platform supporting Record-to-Report processes, with a large emphasis in the cash area.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated reconciliation, certification, and close processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational risk through automation and standardization.
• Ensure BlackLine configurations support strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance Transformation, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements across the Record-to-Report landscape.
• Communicate system changes, benefits, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

What You’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report, financial systems, or finance transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience administering BlackLine.
• Working knowledge of SAP and financial integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
