Manager Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
Location: HO (Hyderabad), Plant & Project Sites,
Experience:715 Years |Qualification:B.E/B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma
Industry: Stone Crushers | M-Sand | Aggregates | Concrete
To lead and grow theReady Mix Concrete business, managingplant operations, quality control, sales coordination, logistics, and profitability, while ensuring consistent concrete quality and timely supplies to projects and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility forRMC plant operations, dispatch & logistics
- Ensure concrete production as perapproved mix designs & IS standards
- Monitorcost per cum, raw material consumption & plant utilisation
- Plan daily dispatch schedules and coordinate with projects/customers
- Control quality throughcube testing, slump tests & documentation
- Manage batching plant, transit mixers, pumps & maintenance
- Improve margins through mix optimisation and operational efficiency
- Handle statutory compliance, safety & pollution control norms
- Lead plant, QC and operations teams
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)or Diploma with strong RMC experience
- 715 yearsexperience inReady Mix Concrete operations
- Prior experience handlingcommercial RMC plantspreferred
