Job Description: Key Account manager(E/Quick Commerce)

We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is open to both experienced professionals and freshers , provided they meet the below criteria.

• Freshers are welcome , must be from a reputed B-School
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast

• Manage and grow presence across e-commerce platforms (Marketplaces / Q-commerce)
• Coordinate with internal teams, platform account managers, and external partners
• Track sales, visibility, and performance metrics
• Support campaign planning, pricing, and promotions
• Ensure hygiene factors like catalog, availability, and execution excellence

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage platform relationships
• Clear, confident communicator who can negotiate and influence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
