Job description
● Collaborate with the UX and creative team to develop and execute visual concepts that
align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
● Create engaging and innovative designs for digital and print assets, including websites,
apps, marketing materials, social media graphics and more.
● Produce high-quality visual content such as illustrations, infographics, and icons that
effectively communicate key messages and enhance user experiences.
● Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements, maintaining brand integrity
and visual standards.
● Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new ideas
and techniques into design projects.
● Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and
make revisions as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
● Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or Any Graduate
● 7+ years of work experience in relevant fields.
● Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing
a range of design projects.
● Proficiency in graphic design software such as XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
● Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design
fundamentals.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric
designs.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
