Job Description

Role: Manager, Paid Search


Years of Experience: 8-10 years

Job Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Work Type: Hybrid

Shift Timing : 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM


Notice Period : Looking for candidate who can join us in Immediate to 30 days.


Primary Duties:

  • Manage paid marketing campaigns based on the agreed-upon strategic direction provided by the Regional team members. Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning.


  • Optimize media campaigns towards the target KPIs within various advertising platforms, including but not limited to:


*Google Ad Words

*Microsoft Advertising

*Pmax

*SA360 ( Search Ads 360)


Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience and ability to build Paid Search/PPC campaign strategies based on client goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing campaigns, keyword lists, extensions etc.
  • Proficient in writing and testing ad copy.
  • Experience with Google AdWords Editor.
  • Ability to develop budget projections and pace campaigns based on monthly budgets.
  • Experience with bidding tools and strategies.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal) as the role involves working and communicating with teams overseas.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills. Must be able to understand and analyze marketing campaigns data.
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and trending charts development. Reporting will be an essential element of the day-to-day job.
  • Knowledge of online business marketing principals (Impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition).


Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of one or more third party tools like DoubleClick and Omniture.
  • Experience in running Google Shopping campaigns.
  • Macros and introductory Visual Basic.
