Role Summary:

Work as part of organizations Digital Employee Experience (DEX) group, located at Bangalore.

Excellent communication and organization skills are a mandatory requirement.

Primary Responsibility Manage design, coordination and delivery of AV projects at client site.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate project budget and high-level project plan

Create technical design documents Room Matrix, Bill of Material, Line Diagrams, etc.

Coordinate with suppliers and partners for solution proposals and priced quotations

Coordinate with Procurement team for commercial approval and ordering

Coordinate with GSO / Facilities for civil / interior / MEP modifications

Coordinate with GSS / Security for material receipt and partner access

Coordinate with IT Teams for provisioning network, computers, etc.

Coordinate with AV Lifecycle team for commissioning, certification, and asset accounting

Coordinate with M&S teams for room certification, documentation, and handover

Manage project tracking, control, reporting, and escalations

Manage project handover and financial closure

Create, manage, and improve project processes and documentation

Support other Project Managers for on-site coordination and boots-on-the-ground activities

Support M&S teams as SME to troubleshoot large and complex issues

Collaborate and participate during team activities

Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively & assist with real-time issue resolution

Aim for stakeholder delight

Experience & Eligibility:

Full-time graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering streams

Relevant experience of 10-18 years managing projects, at least 5-7 years managing AV projects

Thorough understanding of enterprise AV systems, platforms, and services

Willingness to explore learning opportunities beyond day-to-day responsibilities

Experience of working in a multi-national, matrix organization structure preferred

AVIXA CTS certification and knowledge of ITIL framework preferred
