Manager of Artificial Intelligence

We are currently hiring for an AI Project Manager (Mumbai Hybrid) with 10+yrs exp role where youd lead large-scale enterprise AI initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, energy, retail, and supply chain domains.

Role Highlights:

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI programs from ideation production deployment

Manage cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps specialists

Drive initiatives across GenAI, computer vision, predictive analytics, and agentic AI systems

Own full lifecycle delivery of GenAI / RAG programs including architecture, deployment, and optimization

Define project scope, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and success metrics

Ensure Agile delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment

Oversee AI governance, compliance, model validation, and ethical AI standards

Work with cutting-edge tools such as LangChain, LLM frameworks, workflow automation platforms, and cloud/edge AI infrastructure

Lead implementation of LLM/RAG architectures, prompt orchestration, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines

Govern MLOps lifecycle model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Establish rollout frameworks for production AI systems including guardrails, explainability, and auditability

Deliver measurable impact such as cost optimization, productivity gains, and revenue growth
