Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior AI Tech Lead to architect and guide the implementation of real-time, scalable AI systems across voice automation, LLM pipelines, and knowledge-enhanced (RAG) applications. This role demands strong architectural judgment, hands-on GenAI expertise, and the ability to define best practices, performance benchmarks, and governance for low-latency, production-grade AI products . The Tech Lead will drive provider-agnostic AI architectures, ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and safety, and set the technical direction for next-generation AI platforms.
