Manager - Merchandising

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and domestic buyers.

• Manage product development from sampling to bulk production in coordination with design, production, and quality teams.

• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for the domestic knitwear market.

• Plan and monitor the T&A (Time & Action) calendar to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Prepare costing sheets and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers to ensure profitability.

• Coordinate closely with the production team to track order status, manage approvals, and resolve issues promptly.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

• Maintain strong relationships with domestic retailers, wholesalers, and brand representatives.

• Ensure quality standards and buyer requirements are met throughout the process.

• Generate periodic reports on order status, buyer feedback, and merchandising KPIs.
