Manager - Investor Relations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for investor relations activities and communicating the Company's financial performance and strategy including to enhance the Companys relationships with the investors and analysts.

Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

• Plan engagements with Investors and Analysts on the EMLs developments
• Preparation of board meeting related documents (financial results, talk points etc.)
• Publishing the Investor presentation post quarterly results
• Draft Management discussion and analysis (MD&A) of annual report
• Periodic updates to the management about Investors/analysts activities and interaction
• Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team including analyst reports, shareholding and stock performance report
• Track financial, business and operating performance of International peers
• Regularly track news, industry events, regulatory changes, peers performance and results
• Collect data across dimensions e.g., industry, demography, company functions, mapping of international markets etc.

M&A and Landscaping:

• Working closely with business teams to identify the right partners and opportunities in the target business segment
• Financial forecasting and valuation of the business case(s)
• Evaluation of possible deal arrangements and liaising with other teams to oversee due diligence (such as taxation, legal, financial, commercial and technical)
• Project management for deals and working along-side legal, treasury, financial reporting, business teams to close the transactions

Qualifications:

• CA Qualified or MBA or Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting
• Any Industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
• 4-5 years relevant experience dealing with equity markets, financial analysis and forecasting
• Experience with the stock market (Spark, Crisil, Mutual Funds etc.)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
