Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Manager AR/VR Program to support the expansion of our AR/VR solutions across Medical Colleges, Engineering Institutes, and Vocational Training Institutes (ITI) across India. The role will focus on lead generation, prospecting, appointment scheduling, proposal preparation, and tender management while working closely with field sales and technical teams to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
  • Prospect and identify opportunities in Medical Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Universities, and ITI/Vocational Training Institutes.
  • Fix appointments and coordinate meetings or virtual demos for the sales team with institutional decision-makers.
  • Support the sales cycle through proposal preparation, quotation submission, and tender documentation.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Conduct initial product briefings and coordinate virtual product demonstrations.
  • Assist in government and institutional tender monitoring, documentation, and submission.
  • Work closely with technical, finance, and operations teams for proposal and order processing.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into qualified opportunities.


Desired Skills & Experience:-

  • 35 years of experience in inside sales/business development/sales coordination.
  • Experience working with Educational Institutions, Medical Colleges, Engineering Institutes, or Government Training Institutes is preferred.
  • Exposure to AR/VR technologies or EdTech solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and appointment-setting skills.
  • Experience in tender documentation and institutional sales processes preferred.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email campaigns, and lead tracking.


Educational Qualification:-

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
