Job Description
Responsibilities

Coordination:Work closely with hiring teams, business partners, and employees to gather necessary details and documentation for BGC initiation through BGC vendors

Relationship Management:Develop relationships with hiring teams, stakeholders, and HR business partners (HRBPs) to understand their needs for current and future organizational challenges.

Target Achievement:Ensure hiring targets and business expectations are met by closing background checks (BGC) within defined turnaround times (TAT).

MSA Requirements:Understand master service agreement (MSA) requirements and comply with the same.

Vendor Governance:Conduct regular supplier review meetings as part of the governance frameworkand set their expectations with respect to Quality, Compliance & Performance

Audit & Compliance Adherence:Maintain audit & compliance checkpoints throughout the BGC process.

Signoff Sharing:Share BGC signoffs for employee alignment promptly.

Exception Handling:Periodically update exception/extension and waive-off processes in records.
