HolisticapproachandexpertlevelunderstandingofAIsolutionsfromGoogle,Microsoft,OpenAletc.AbilitytodefineAIstrategyandworkwithkeystakeholderstotranslatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicaldeliverables.Leadthedevelopment,deployment,andgovernanceofAIandMachineLearning,DeepLearningsolutionstodrivebusinesstransformationandensurecompliancewithethical,legal,andregulatorystandards.TheAIManagerwillarchitectandbuildrobust,scalableAIsystems,activelycodeandmentorthetechnicalteam,andimplementbest-in-classAIgovernanceframeworks.

• LeadstheAIteamwithcredibilityandtakesthebroadestofviewsinrelationtoAItechnologyandhowitcanhelpanorganisationacrossthetechnologylandscape,data,collaboration,productivityanddevelopment.
• WorkscloselywiththeCollaborationServicesTeam,workingwiththeteamandbusinesstodevelopthestrategyandroadmapfortheMicrosoft/OpenAl/endusertools.
• Responsibleforthestrategyandtacticsconcerningthelineofbusiness(vertical)AIandtheenduser(horizontal)AI.
• LeadAI/MLprojectdelivery,fromrequirementsgatheringandprototypingtoproductiondeploymentandmaintenance.
• Architectanddevelopadvancedmachinelearning,deeplearning,andanalyticsmodelsusingPythonandindustry-standardlibraries.
• Design,implement,andmaintainAIgovernanceframeworksincludingmodeldocumentation,explainability,monitoring,compliance,andauditability.
• Collaboratewithlegal,compliance,andbusinessteamstoassessandmitigateAIrisk,andensuremodelscomplywithdataprivacyregulations(e.g.,GDPR,CCPA).
• Mentor,coach,anddevelopdatascienceandengineeringstaffthroughbestpracticesincoding,testing,peerreview,andethicalAI.
• Overseedatamanagement,dataquality,andsecuredataaccesstoenableethicalandcompliantuseofdatainAIprojects.
• MonitordeployedAImodelsfordrift,bias,performance,andregulatoryalignment,drivemodelretrainingandrevalidationcycles.
• Communicatetechnicalresults,risks,andgovernancestrategiestotechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders.
• StayabreastofthelatestAI,ML,andgovernanceinnovations,integratingemergingtoolsandtechniquesintotheorganization.

WHATDOIBRINGTOTHEROLE?

• ExpertlevelknowledgewithMicrosoftCopilot,ChatGPT,GoogleGemini.
• Over8yrexperienceinadvanced,hands-onPythondevelopmentexpertisewithNumPy,pandas,scikit-learn,TensorFlow,PyTorch,anddatavisualizationtools.
• Deepknowledgeofmachinelearning,deeplearning,andstatisticalmodelingtechniques.
• Strongexperiencewithversioncontrol(Git),CI/CD,containerization(Docker),orchestration(Kubernetes),andMLOpsplatforms(VertexAI,MLflow,Kubeflow).
• ProvenexperiencedesigningandimplementingAIgovernanceprocesses:biasdetection,modeltransparency/explainability(LIME,SHAP),documentation,andethicalAIpractices.
• FamiliaritywithregulatoryframeworksforAI(GDPR,CCPA,emergingglobalstandards).
• DataengineeringbestpracticesincludingETL,datavalidation,andsecuredataintegrationfromdiversesources.
• Experienceincloudenvironments(GCP,AWS,Azure)forscalableAIworkloadsandgovernanceintegration.
• Excellentproblem-solving,analytical,andcommunicationskills;abilitytosimplifycomplexAIconceptsfordiverseaudiences.
• Leadershipexperience:managing,mentoring,andrecruitingAItalentandfosteringacultureofethical,responsibleAIinnovation.
• EstablishmentandenforcementofAIgovernanceprinciplesandethicalpoliciesinabusinesssetting.
• Trackrecordimplementingbias,fairness,andexplainabilityassessmentsforMLmodels.
• Experiencewithmodeldocumentation,regulatoryreporting,andcomplianceaudits.
• Collaborationoncross-functionalteamstoreview,approve,andmonitorAIsystemsforalignmentwithbusiness,legal,andethicalrequirements.
