About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Lead to drive the adoption of next-generation AI and automation tools that improve how teams build, collaborate, and deliver solutions.

In this role, you will manage a small team, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) to identify high-impact use cases. You will work closely with business and technology leaders to implement scalable AI-powered workflows and automation solutions using modern SaaS platforms and AI productivity tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-enabled platforms, automation tools, SaaS integrations, and team leadership, along with the ability to translate AI opportunities into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small team of AI and automation specialists.
• Serve as the central point of contact for AI and automation initiatives across the organization.
• Build and oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs) and integrations using emerging AI technologies.
• Evaluate and implement AI SaaS tools to enhance team workflows and productivity.
• Collaborate with leaders and business partners to deploy AI-driven solutions at scale.
• Explore and implement AI interoperability frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration.
• Enable seamless system-to-system integrations between AI platforms and enterprise tools.
• Encourage responsible use of AI assistants (such as modern AI productivity tools) to improve efficiency and ideation across teams.
• Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring data privacy, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, automation, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience in people management or leading small technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity platforms such as Microsoft/GitHub Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with AI interoperability concepts, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent orchestration, and system integrations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
