Job Title: Admin Manager

Reporting To: Managing Director


Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Admin Manager to oversee and streamline all administrative operations across our group companies Ashapura, Bazana & TradeBridge. The role requires strong people management, vendor coordination, infrastructure oversight, and policy implementation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end office administration across locations/entities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, facilities, and utilities
  • Maintain administrative policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
  • Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and pantry operations
Vendor & Asset Management
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for admin-related services
  • Handle AMC contracts, renewals, and service quality checks
  • Maintain accurate records of office assets, inventory, and consumables
  • Ensure cost control and budget adherence for admin expenses
People & Process Management
  • Supervise and guide admin staff, support staff, and third-party service providers
  • Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely task execution
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for seamless operations
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities from an admin perspective
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and local regulatory requirements
  • Maintain records related to leases, licenses, agreements, and audits
  • Handle inspections and liaise with authorities when required
Management Support
  • Prepare MIS reports related to admin operations and costs
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost optimization
  • Act as a single point of contact for all admin-related matters
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Vendor negotiation and cost management expertise
  • People management and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of facilities management and statutory compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic MIS reporting
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Qualifications
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Administration, Management, or relevant field
  • 510 years of proven experience in Admin / Facilities Management
  • Experience handling multi-office or multi-company setups preferred
