Experience : 10+ years in Accounts Payable and Receivables

Education : Graduate/ Post Graduate

Preferably a candidate from the Hospitality Industry

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for hospitality units.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and reporting.
Ensure accurate revenue accounting across rooms, F&B, banquets, and events.
Drive food & beverage cost control and margin improvement initiatives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operations.
Oversee purchase accounting, procurement controls, and vendor compliance.
Ensure alignment between purchasing, stores, and finance for cost efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits; coordinate with external auditors.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, ageing, and vendor reconciliations.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance.
Supervise inventory valuation, stock audits, and wastage controls.
Drive ERP/POS integrations and finance process automation.
Lead, mentor, and review performance of accounts team members while providing strategic financial insights to management.
