Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Lead Manager
Skills - RTR (Service Delivery)
Years of Experience: 13- 16
Qualificatio n: B.com or M.com OR MBA or CA (Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Record to Report service delivery, ensuring accurate, timely financial close, reporting, and compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP.
- Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage large global teams, transitions, and stakeholder governance while meeting SLAs and audit requirements.
- Partner with clients and leadership on transformation, risk mitigation, and value creation across RTR processes.
