Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Developer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revitty Signals PKI ELN and IDBS ELN with a strong background in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation and migration of Revitty Signals from PKI ELN solutions to support our R&D Preclinical and Clinical projects.
  • Oversee the design coding testing and deployment of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and data security.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software applications and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Revitty Signals and PKI ELN and IDBS ELN technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for software development.
  • Support the companys mission by developing solutions that enhance research and development capabilities ultimately benefiting society.

  • Possess extensive experience in Revitty Signals PKI ELN and IDBS ELN technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains.
  • Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Revitty Signals PKI ELN or IDBS ELN technologies.
