Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Lead Dev with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire - ContactManager Guidewire - ClaimCenter and Guidewire. The role demands expertise in Auto - Compliance and Risk and Auto - Claims. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and implementation of Guidewire solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.Oversee the development and maintenance of GuidewireContactManager GuidewireClaimCenter and Guidewire applications.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Ensure the integration of AutoCompliance and Risk and AutoClaims domain expertise into the Guidewire solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and training materials.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire and related technologies.Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.Ensure the scalability performance and security of Guidewire applications.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with at least 5 years in a lead position.Demonstrate extensive experience with GuidewireContactManager GuidewireClaimCenter and Guidewire.Exhibit strong domain expertise in AutoCompliance and Risk and AutoClaims.Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.Showcase the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Exhibit proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.Showcase the ability to lead and inspire a team of developers.
