Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced candidate who has strong knowledge on Oracle Database Administration. Knowledge on PostgreSQL and AWS cloud is optional.


Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced candidate who has strong knowledge on Oracle Database Administration. Knowledge on PostgreSQL and AWS cloud is optional.

  • Oversee the administration of Oracle databases ensuring their reliability and security.
  • Provide support for AWS Cloud infrastructure including monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for databases.
  • Optimize database performance through regular tuning and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures.
  • Perform regular database upgrades and patch management.
  • Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of database migrations and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical database issues.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in PostgreSQL DB Administration.
  • Have extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Database Administration.
  • Show proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be familiar with data security standards and best practices.

    AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Professional
