Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate will design implement and manage infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of MS SQL Server and the ability to optimize database performance and reliability.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of MS SQL Server databases.
  • Provide technical expertise in database architecture and performance tuning.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions for critical databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate database solutions with other systems.
  • Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and enforce database security policies and procedures.
  • Lead efforts to automate database management tasks and processes.
  • Conduct regular database audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations and procedures.
  • Provide support for database-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in database management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in database management and best practices.

  • Possess a strong understanding of MS SQL Server architecture and performance tuning.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Exhibit proficiency in database security and compliance standards.
  • Show expertise in automating database management tasks.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or equivalent.
