Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based messaging services to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
  • Oversee the migration of messaging services to M365 ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on O365 Encryption and O365 DLP to enhance data security and compliance.
  • Manage MSExchangeOnlineAdministration and MSExchangeAdmin to maintain optimal performance and reliability of messaging systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies for M365 Messaging to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging services with other IT systems and applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot messaging services to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the domain of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Conduct regular assessments of messaging services to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on messaging services and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for messaging services including architecture diagrams configuration settings and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud-based messaging services and incorporate relevant innovations into the organizations IT strategy.
  • Contribute to the overall IT strategy by providing insights and recommendations on messaging services and related technologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of O365 Encryption O365 DLP MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin M365-Messaging and M365 Messaging Migration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing messaging services using MS Exchange.
  • Have extensive experience in the domain of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models and ensuring seamless communication across remote and on-site teams.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex messaging issues.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to messaging services and data security.
