Job Description

Responsibilities


•    Being part of a team of MTC specialists, support the development of the end-to-end process design for the Collections & Credit domain for the Core solution.
•    Collections experience is must and SAP FSCM working experience in collections.
•    Large portfolio management in collections – handled delinquent accounts.
•    Have worked in Credit management process and updating the details in FSCM (SAP)
•    Periodic review in credit management and fixing the process issues.
•    Working closely with the Solution Design, Technology, Data and Controls workstreams of the Core Programme, in the delivery of an integrated solution; contribute to the management of interdependencies across workstreams.
•    Working closely with the Global Standing Organisation and the Global Sales, Global CS&L and Global Finance Function to incorporate the Functional standards and capabilities into the Core design, and with the respective Product & Platform owners to ensure an effective end-to-end solution, including the orchestration of transactions across Business Platforms
•    Creating the workflow & SOP (SAP FSCM) for Collections & Credit management
•    Ensuring the designed solution is fit for purpose and effectively tested from a functional and user perspective.
•    Process improvement & stabilization experience.
•    Working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos. This would include helping to design and deliver training, overseeing development of Standard Operating Procedures and supporting other transition tasks as required
