Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire project delivery, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Build comprehensive project plans and track progress for each Alternate Action Plan (AAP).
Facilitate meetings with the IT and business. Gather requirements and document the AAP
Monitor progress of each AAP across various tollgates. Ensure all project activities are on schedule and aligned with project goals.
Build and maintain an overall project plan to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Implement best practices and standards for project management within the organization.
Develop all supporting collateral for each AAP, detailed descriptions, alternate actions, and recovery plans. Coordinate signoffs from internal stakeholders and ensure documentation accuracy.
Attending workshops with key stakeholders, actively listen, take detailed notes, and capture actions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Report progress at all relevant forums, including weekly communications. Escalate issues promptly and ensure they are addressed effectively.
