Manager, Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement (P)

Summary of Position:

The INT CommEx Dashboard Developer is a critical role that develops and maintains dashboards assigned by the INT Product Owner for Analytics. The Dashboard developer is an expert on CRM Analytics (EA), Tableau and other future Systems that potentially can be included into the Analytics portfolio. Develops with INT Scope, but can be required to regional customizations based on different requirements, as compliance, piloting priority or impact in the business Follows Agile methodology to develop dashboards based on incremental enhancements, becomes an expert on certain dashboards or areas, and assures the process and knowledge is well documented for future sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Product

• Develops dashboards based on requirements and assigned priority

• Maintains and bugfix dashboards based on bugfix assignments

• Specialized in some dashboards or areas (Owner of a dashboard, or expert on execution KPIs…)

Process

• Documents the development process and bugfix key content (description of the development) + final user experience based on templates (2 minutes video demo to be posted as reference)

• Participates in special projects based on the level or area of expertise

• Follows Scrum and agile methodology to deploy based on Sprints (grooming, effort assessment, development, testing and release)

• Interact with testers and applies required changes before deployment

Stakeholders

• Interacts with other developers in IT as well as with Automation developers to align and coordinate efforts for the expected complete solution success.

• Interacts with requestors to understand the enhancement requirements or bugfix during grooming sessions.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of total experience with 1 or 1+ years of relevant experience in CRM Analytics (EA)

• Develops, maintains and bugfix dashboards based on requirements and assigned priority.

• Documents the development key content and process.

• Specialization in some dashboards or areas.

• Participates in special projects based on the level or area of expertise.

Work hours: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
