Management Trainee-SCF

Collect, review, and scrub client’s Install Base (IB) data as per established data flow process weekly 

Verify/validate and identify any data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and create actionable plans/workarounds to improve data quality 

Prepare the IB data as per standard data template (transform, format, filter) for uploading & archiving in homegrown IT applications. 

Analyze the IB data through trends and other analyses to identify any significant patterns, provide key business insights/alerts to leadership team for proactive action. 

Collect client’s SLA miss data from supply chain execution partner weekly 

Verify/validate and compare SLA miss data with alternate data sources to identify potential data discrepancies and ways to resolve them 

Scrub, consolidate, and leverage SLA miss data for the monthly executive dashboard 

Design, develop, and maintain various analytical reports based on other relevant supply chain data such as product shipments, backlog, IB renewals, inventory on-hand, etc. 

Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics and business judgement 

Drive automation and simplification within our processes in line with the company philosophy through CI and cooperative workstream planning
