Role Overview

The Management Trainee role is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from leading management institutes to gain structured, hands-on exposure across key business functions. The role combines execution, analysis, and strategic support, with the objective of grooming future leaders through real business ownership and cross-functional learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotational training across key business functions such as Business Operations, Marketing, Content, Sales, Strategy, or Business Development.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on ongoing and new initiatives.
• Assist in day-to-day operational execution while learning end-to-end business processes.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance tracking.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation for internal and leadership reviews.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Learn, follow, and uphold company policies, systems, and best practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier / reputed / pedigree management institute.
• Strong academic track record with analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
• High ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
