About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivatedRFP Management Trainee to join our Pre-Sales/RFP team. This role is ideal for recent MBA/ B. Tech/ B.E graduates who have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning proposal management, documentation, and client communication.

As an RFP Management Trainee, you will assist in creating, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses to clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, HR, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and understanding client requirements.
• Help in preparing and formatting proposal responses, capability decks, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information for proposals.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards in all proposal submissions.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and trackers.
• Support the team in meeting deadlines for proposal submissions.
• Conduct research on competitors, pricing, client background, and industry trends when needed.
• Assist in quality checks and proofreading before final submission.

Required Qualifications

• MBA / B Tech in any specialization (2024 or 2025 passed out).
• No History of backlogs.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Must have 75% or above percentage throughout academics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of proposal writing or pre-sales processes.
• Ability to research and extract relevant information.
