Management Intern

Strengthening this ecosystem is Great India Game, our proprietary, gamified insight platform that uses live, opinion-led trivia to convert consumer engagement into real-time, actionable data. NFX Digital has worked with leading brands including Armani, Bajaj, Discovery, Flipkart, ITC, Pepsi, Tata Group, Times of India, Titan, TVS, Voltas, and Zivame.

Role Description

This is an onsite Management Intern role at NFX Digital, where youll work closely with our clients and on our proprietary gaming IP. The role involves curating engaging content, conducting market and consumer research, and contributing creative ideas that drive growth, engagement, and innovation across the platform.

Content Curation & Creation:

• Assist in curating engaging and relevant content for the gaming IP across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to brainstorm and implement content strategies.
• Create content that resonates with the target audience.

Research

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Stay up to date with the latest gaming trends.

Brainstorming & Ideation

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to scale the game and strategize content.
• Help identify emerging trends in gaming and social media that could be used.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A recent graduate with a degree in BBA, Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or other related fields.
• Results-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by measurable results. Youre someone who can set ambitious targets and deliver on them consistently.
• Collaborative Mindset: Can work in a team setting
