MIS Executive

Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India

Data Collection & Management

Gather data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, databases, and manual inputs.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting systems.

Design and maintain structured data repositories and templates for ongoing reporting needs.

Perform data validation and cleansing to maintain high data quality standards.

Data Analysis

Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Conduct root-cause analysis and variance analysis to support management decisions.

Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.

Interpret data findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.

Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for senior management and cross-functional teams.

Design professional, structured reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA, conditional formatting).

Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on schedule per agreed timelines.

Power BI Dashboard Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reports.

Build and optimize data models using DAX formulas and Power Query (M language).

Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.

Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage Power BI workspace access and publishing.

Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into impactful visuals.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and other departments to understand data needs.

Present findings and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Maintain documentation of all data definitions, report logic, and dashboard specifications.
