Management Information System Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Analyst with 4+ years of experience who can transform raw data into meaningful insights. The role involves managing large datasets, building robust MIS frameworks, creating dashboards, and supporting leadership with accurate, timely reports for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports
• Consolidate data across sales, HR, finance, operations, CRM, and ERP
• Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and version control
• Design and maintain automated dashboards and reporting templates
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps to generate insights
• Support leadership with data-backed inputs for reviews and planning
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with data governance and internal controls

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP; Macros preferred)
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• Knowledge of CRM / ERP systems (preferred)
• Power BI / Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder coordination skills

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business analytics
• Proven experience supporting senior management dashboards and reports
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Strong understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics
