Manager - Management Consulting (Operations Improvement)

Prior Management Consulting Experience
Experience of executing Operational Improvement based consulting projects for large manufacturing and service clients
Expertise in Strategic Planning, Balance Score card implementation, etc.
Preferred expertise in Theory of Constraint, Lean and Change Management concepts and having experience of successfully implementing the same for various clients
Independently handle assigned multiple consulting projects with minimal intervention
Actively involved in Pre-Sales activities
Experience of conducting workshop to mentor the mid and senior level client management
Regularly undertake research into industry sector, markets and competitors of clients
Staying updated with the consulting world and always be on the lookout for best practices and new consulting practices
Staying alert and self-motivated to develop new business opportunities for the company
Mentor and empower the Consultants and Analyst Team to accomplish above responsibilities in their respective projects
