Summary: As a Managed Service Account Lead, you will be responsible for owning the client relationship for a manage service contract, which may cover one or more service groups. Your typical day will involve managing client service management, related delivery, and growth of the contract and its financial performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the client relationship for a manage service contract, which may cover one or more service groups. - Manage client service management, related delivery, and growth of the contract and its financial performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract success. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Strong understanding of client account management and service delivery. - Experience in managing financial performance and growth of contracts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful client-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
