For the MIM role, it's crucial that candidates have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in the telecom domain , with an overall experience of more than 6 years.
They should also be capable of leading and managing P1/P2 incidents across various Telco IT systems, including OSS, B2B, wholesale, corporate, billing, CRM, and provisioning.
Additionally, they need to be good in communication and articulation and good in running MIM calls by coordinating technical teams, driving and giving direction to the resolution, and ensuring timely updates.
