Job Description:
We are looking for an Automation Maintainer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated and electrical equipment to ensure high machine availability and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on automation and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot SPM machines (mandatory); CNC/other machines exposure is a plus
- Handle basic PLC troubleshooting, sensors, conveyors, motors, and drives
- Work on electrical panel wiring, circuits, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ensure equipment safety, quality standards, and proper documentation
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SPM machines
- Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of sensors, VFDs/drives, motors, conveyors
- Electrical panel wiring and circuit troubleshooting
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems exposure
