12th Pass with Diploma in Engineering (Printing Technology / Electrical / Electronics /

Mechanical or related fields) & B.Tech / B.E. in Technical or Printing disciplines

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

The candidate should provide advice and assistance to the customer regarding the print

production problems candidate should take ownership for maintaining Printers &

Maintain spares inventory at the site, good communication skills with customers

Key Responsibilities

Performing scheduled preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairing hardware malfunctions.

Diagnosing and resolving printer hardware/software issues, providing on-site or remote assistance

to users, including training on device functionality. __sometimes, during critical situations should

be ready for 24x7 support

Key Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of printer components, mechanical troubleshooting, and hands-on repair for

inkjet, and multifunction printers. Implementing scheduled maintenance techniques to reduce

downtime and improve longevity. Root cause analysis to quickly identify and solve, often

complex, technical issues.

Preferred Profile

Knowledge of Color and Mono Production Printing technology

Willingness to travel as per service and customer requirements
