Technical Skills:

• Magento 2 Expertise: In-depth experience with Magento 2, including core modules, custom modules, and third-party integrations.
• Python: Strong exposure in developing the API's using Python
• PHP: Strong proficiency in PHP, especially object-oriented programming and design patterns used in Magento.
• MySQL: Experience with MySQL databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledge of Magentos frontend architecture (Knockout.js, RequireJS).
• PWA: Knowledge about PWA architecture with React.JS, Node.JS and Next.JS
• Magento Architecture: Understanding of Magento 2 architecture, including module development, layout XML, block rendering, and caching mechanisms.
• Version Control Systems: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing Magento performance, including caching strategies and server configurations.
• Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) and practices for Magento applications.

Experience:

• Development Experience: Several years of professional experience in Magento 2 development, including custom module creation, theme development, and integration with third-party services.
• Project Management: Experience in managing or leading projects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and timeline estimation.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including mentoring junior developers and coordinating with other departments (e.g., design, QA, product management).

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Additional Qualifications:

• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to Magento development.
