- Mac OSX and Server experience ranging from 10.6 to 10.11
- Troubleshooting and supporting Mac/iOS devices in a business environment
- Experience managing Apple devices using a Mobile Device Management
- Knowledge of device management techniques for Mac, Profiles
- Ability to construct basic BASH Scripts
- Application packaging
- Mac OS X provisioning, creating and maintaining Mac OS images
- Deployment of applications and patch management in enterprise environment
- Enforcing standards around security
- Experience with Microsoft Office for Mac
- Understanding of Active Directory, Open Directory and group policies or preferences
- Solid knowledge of networking covering Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Authenticated Proxy Access, Kerberos authentication, Active Directory integration.
