Role: Mac Device Management - JAMF
Required Technical Skill Set: MAC, JAMF
Desired Experience Range: 8 - 10 yrs
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days only
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad, Chennai
Job Description:
Should have 5-7 years of troubleshooting experience in MacBook Support and proficient knowledge in Mac Operating System.
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to systems, networks, and hardware, using command-line tools / MacOS
Should have Knowledge about Apple business management, Integrated DEP enrollment with JAMF Pro
Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of device management principles, security, and compliance.
Have good experience in Deployed macOS Security patches and Mac OS Applications
Required excellent skill in JAMF administration and configuration.
Should have good experience in packages through composer
Actively participates in the creation, maintenance, and sharing of technical information and documentation
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and end users
