Qualification-Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.

Job Description-

To be able to execute E2E logistic services.Experience in handling customer interactions via email / chat pertaining tobookings, export import procedures, custom validation and filing process.Knowledge of tariff and HTS code classification, import validations and paperworks requirement. Execute defect free export, import documentation, validationfor custom filing meeting rules and regulation as mentioned in SOP. Ability toprovide best practices and support in training and productions of documentation

Roles &Responsibility-

Representing the project as a Subject matter expert

A good communicator and relationship building & interpersonal skills,strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

Experience in managing and validating customs filing process - Preparingtraining material and process SOPs.

Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to process activities andtask pertaining to air logistics especially in Custom filing process

Should be able to proactively resolve customer issues with high sense ofurgency.

Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline.
