Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end export logistics operations at Durga International. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international shipping, export documentation, freight negotiation, and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate international shipments (majorly exports)

2. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with export regulations

3. Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with logistics partners (freight forwarders, CHA, etc.)

4. Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve bottlenecks

5. Optimize logistics costs while ensuring on-time deliveries

Requirements:

1. 4-5 years of experience in export logistics or supply chain roles in a B2B setup

2. Strong understanding of international shipping, export documentation, and freight negotiation

3. Proficiency in handling sea and air shipments

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
