Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and operational support for Witron automated logistics and material flow systems .
• Manage a team handling system implementations , daily technical support , and performance optimization across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders , PLC engineers , and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between automation and IT systems.
• Provide technical leadership during commissioning and ramp-up phases .
• Support effort estimations , RFI/RFP processes , and logistics automation projects.

Must-Have Skills

• Witron IT systems expertise (WMS, WCS, PLC integration)
• Automated warehouse/logistics systems experience
• ERP/WMS integration
• Database management (Oracle, SQL)
• Industrial communication protocols

Technical Experience

• Full lifecycle experience with Witron solutions (implementation, configuration, support)
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• Knowledge of material handling equipment integration and PLC/SCADA communication
• Database management proficiency (Oracle/MS SQL)

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
