Job Description
Role Summary
Capture, produce and curate all video-based learning assets—transforming ILT sessions and SME inputs into engaging micro-learning shorts, demos and archives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Session Capture & Editing
- Record in-person and virtual programs; manage multi-camera or screen- capture setups.
- Edit footage into concise 1–3-minute shorts aligned to defined learning objectives.
2) Content Curation & Tagging
- Catalog all video assets with metadata (School, program, topic, keywords) for easy retrieval.
3) Collaboration with L&OD Leads & learning Team
- Work closely with each Lead to identify “golden moments” from sessions storyboard and script micro-videos.
- Collaborate with E learning team to share and upload micro learning videos and measure adoption
4) Quality & Branding
- Apply CaratLane visual branding, subtitles, motion-graphics intros/outros and accessibility standards (transcripts, captions).
5) Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor viewership metrics (drop-off rates, repeat plays) and iterate on video formats and lengths.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years in video production or multimedia roles, preferably within corporate L&D or marketing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent; basic After
- Effects or motion-graphics skills.
- Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of micro-learning best practices.
- Organized file-management and metadata-tagging discipline.
