Job Description
- Warehouse operational requirements by scheduling, Engaging, and assigning employees.
- Maintains team results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Streamlining operations with the available resource.
- Maintaining MIS data in system.
- Well convergent with ERP and WMS system.
- Demonstrated abilities in leading & motivating large teams.
- Manage inventory and strive for increased cost efficiency
- Control of P&L
- Achieve KPI by complete Daily task of Inbound, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales Returns, Transportation & Delivery
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy
- Reconciling the Delta Report (WMS v/s Ebiz)
- Outbound route planning based on order release quantity and weight
- Maintain Transportation of last mile & Freight bills management
- Maintain order fill rate more than 100%
- Ensuring secondary deliveries happening as per agreed secondary RLT & POD uploading.
- Ensure to follow safety, Health protocols & Compliance policies
- Review with ground team on all operation key areas like Safety, Productivity, 5S, inventory accuracy, Billing, returns accounting, MIS, Transportation, Delivery & Customer support
