Job Role:

As a Loan Adviser at FREED, you will:

• Actively seek out new leads through multiple channels and referrals
• Educate customers on debt consolidation and FREEDs services, based on their financial situation
• Clearly explain terms, conditions, and processes to close agreements confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and fintech developments
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Deliver a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and customer experience

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2C preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with targets and performance-driven roles
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• No specific educational or industry background required
