Were looking for a technically sound and highly reliable Live Stream Operator to manage end-to-end live streaming operations in a remote setup environment.

This role primarily involves controlling and operating OBS Studio workflows remotely, coordinating with influencers from their own locations, and ensuring smooth live session execution without a physical studio setup.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, quick at troubleshooting, and comfortable managing live broadcasts in real-time.

• Operate and manage live sessions remotely using OBS Studio and browser-based streaming tools (e.g., OBS Ninja)
• Coordinate directly with influencers/hosts before and during live sessions
• Conduct technical checks and dry runs prior to going live
• Manage scenes, overlays, transitions, audio levels, and stream flow in real time
• Monitor stream quality (video, audio, latency) and troubleshoot issues instantly
• Ensure smooth remote connectivity between host(s) and the streaming system
• Maintain live event schedules, assets, and documentation
• Suggest improvements to enhance stream engagement and viewer experience

• Strong hands-on experience with OBS Studio and OBS Ninja
• Experience handling remote live setups (camera, mic, internet coordination with creators)
• Good understanding of video bitrate, encoding settings, audio routing, and stream optimization
• Ability to troubleshoot under time pressure
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with influencers remotely
• Highly focused, responsible, and proactive

• Experience in live commerce or interactive selling formats
• Familiarity with multi-host or multi-language live sessions
• Creative mindset to improve stream flow and viewer retention
