What Youll Do

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for Machine Operators, Production Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, QC Technicians, Warehouse Associates, Chemical Operators, and similar roles.
• Use US job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, ZipRecruiter) and internal databases to find talent.
• Build strong pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring.
• Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Ensure all processes meet compliance and quality standards.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years US Non-IT recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial, manufacturing, pharma, or chemical staffing
• Strong knowledge of hourly/high-volume hiring and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in US shift hours
• Nice to Have: Experience with Pharma, GMP, FDA-regulated environments, temp-to-perm staffing, or ATS tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, SAP, or Workday.
