This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Services Specialist. The responsibilities include preparing legal documents, supporting contract negotiation, providing legal assistance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The specialist will also conduct legal research, offer recommendations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant legal frameworks to support clients effectively.

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Contract Negotiation
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret legal issues and assess compliance risks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse client base
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree; bar admission is a plus
