Legal Associate

• We are only looking for candidates working or residing in Jaipur city, Rajasthan.

• The ideal candidate for this position will help us draft the writ petitions, appeals, agreements, legal notices, etc. The candidate would be doing research, attending courts and tribunals and assisting Senior Advocates. The Firm handles matters across various Courts and Forums such Rajasthan HC (Jaipur & Jodhpur), Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Courts, RERA, Arbitrations, Commercial Courts, District Courts, etc.

• We are looking for serious candidates who are willing to learn, contribute and work hard.

Responsibilities

• Drafting the pleadings and agreements
• Appearance before High Courts, Tribunals, etc.
• Research on legal propositions
• Attending client conferences
• Assisting and briefing Senior Advocates

Qualifications

• LLB and enrolled with State Bar Council
• 2 - 5 years professional working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
