In-House Legal Officer Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

1.Real Estate Legal Documentation

• Drafting and vetting of:
• Leave & Licence Agreements (Residential & Commercial)
• Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
• Land-related agreements and transaction documents
• Title due diligence and document verification
• Coordination with advocates, consultants, and landowners

2.Regulatory & Compliance Work

• Liaising with:
• Sub-Registrar offices
• Registrar of Societies
• Municipal and government authorities
• Handling society formation and legal documentation
• Managing real estate regulatory compliances

3.Court & Site Visits

• Visiting courts and government offices as required
• Assisting in legal follow-ups and filings
• Conducting site visits for legal verification/documentation purposes

4.Advisory & Internal Support

• Providing legal opinions on land transactions
• Supporting management in dispute resolution matters
• Maintaining legal records and documentation systems

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate legal work
• Strong knowledge of:
• Land laws
• Leave & Licence documentation
• Joint Development Agreements
• Registrar of Societies procedures
• Ability to converse fluently in Marathi
• Willingness to visit courts, government offices, and project sites
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• LLB degree (mandatory)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: In-office (10:00 AM 6:00 PM)
• Saturday: Remote working
